I have TiVo'ed four chapters of The Pacific and I am trying to make a Blu-ray DVD from these first four chapters. I can easily make a Blu-ray folder from a single *.tivo file using VideoReDo followed by tsMuxeR and then ImgBurn. The results are fantastic!
However I have not found a way to make a Blu-ray disk from multiple *.tivo files (I have tried both 2 chapters and 4 chapters of The Pacific). Note that tsMuxeR doesn't do it with multiple *.tivo files - tsMuxeR appears to make a large *.m2ts file from the four chapters but only the first chapter will play
I have tried DVD MovieFactory 6 with no luck. After I used VideoReDo to convert *.tivo files to *.mpg files (about 4GB each) I can't open them in DVD MovieFactory 6 Plus (version 6.10.0194.6) to make a Blu-ray DVD. When I attempt to "Add Video File" by clicking any *.mpg files made from any *.tivo files the program locks up. I don't have this problem with MovieFactory from other *.mpg files that I have on my PC that were not created from *.tivo files.
I tried using Nero Vision 5 which opens the *.mpg files made from *.tivo files. However multiple chapter Blu-ray DVDs made using Nero Vision 5 won't play.
I also have not found a way to join two HD *.mpg files so that I could use tsMuxer to make the Blu-ray folders with chapters.
Any suggestions as to how to get around this problem or another way to make multiple chapter Blu-ray DVDs from *.tivo files?

Give MultiAVCHD a try. It supports multiple files and can create your own menus. It doesn't support .tivo files natively, but it will open them after I run them through VideoRedo and output .mpg files.

Thanks for the recommendation. multiAVCHD works great and solved my problem.
