Like the subject says, need help getting some groomsmen gifts.
The traditional stuff ain't gonna cut it. They already have a ton of flasks, cuff-links are out as neither dress like that.

We thought of getting them each a bottle of scotch from the year they were born, then decided it would be cheaper to buy them each a freakin' car...

    Any suggestions?

    TIA!!

It should be something personal. Maybe a nice belt buckle? I have seen both gaudy and plain. Sterling silver even. They aren't to everyone's taste of course, but I don't know these guys or what they like to wear.

My favorite gift was a silver plated bottle opener, I use it frequently.
    It's engraved, really nice.

Another good item is a pocket knife, I keep that in my car, use it quite a bit, too.

I like the idea of a small pocket knife but there's many things possible:

    iPod?
    Handheld GPS?
    Movie Passes?
    Restaurant Gift Cards?

Tech toys will be replaced in a year or two. There is no long-lasting sentimental value to it.
I'll have my bottle opener and knife probably forever.

I was given a Leatherman Micra as a groomsman gift and I still carry it around with me everywhere, 10-years later:

I agree with the two of you but it depends on if this is the groomsmen's 1st, 2nd or 100th. The OP said that the traditional stuff aint going to cut it.

Okay... How about silk boxer shorts with the bride/groom name and wedding date embroidered on them...

    Engraved handcuffs?
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.
