    Hello im hoping someone can help as this is driving me crazy

    I have purchased a Phillips BDP2100 Blu Ray player and when i was trying to watch a film i downloaded and burnt to a dvd i keep getting a cinavia error code 3 and it stops the sound is there a firmware update i can get to stop it detecting the protection.


    I have searched both google and the Philips website to no avail any help greatly appreciated
