  1. I bought "god of gamblers" on VCD - the problem I'm having is that the movie is fullscreen and the english subtitles are cutoff by the bottom of the screen. I'm trying to compress the window size so I can see the subtitles. I've converted the DAT file to mpg, but I'm not sure how to adjust TmpEnc. Any advice would be appreciated.

  2. i don't do VCD but i do SVCD... i like to frameserve with AVIsynth... (you can do a search and read more about AVIsynth). i like to resize 448x360 addborders 12,60,20,60 this looks good on my tv. but this is just my "likes" and you are doing VCD so 352x240 for NTSC is the starting point. Good luck and search for resize. i don't use TMPGEnc anymore so that is all the info i have.

    again Good luck!
