Connecting Toshiba laptop to 42 inch insignia plasma

I am having problems with identifying the hardware i need to make this work.

My Toshiba laptop has a VGA output and 2 usb ports. No hdmi or dvi outputs.

My Tv is a 42in 720p Insignia plasma. It has the red and white rca audio input jacks, 2 HDMI inputs, and 2 sets of component in plugs (the red, blue, and green jacks.) The TV DOES NOT have a VGA or S cable input.

My digital cable box has a S cable input if that means anything at all....

I also have a nintendo Wii connected to the TV if running my laptop through that is any kind of option.

What do i need to buy to make this work so i can stream netflix movies etc from my laptop to my tv. Is this even possible with my current setup?
