Im a bit new to this forum and I dont know if this is an old topic, but... I will upgrade my PC soon and I would like to start making some SVCDs. So what is the best solution: I could buy a DVD-Rom, waste a lot of hours with CPU processor and them burn the SVCD .... OR .... I could buy a good MP2 capture card and make a SVCD on fly. Do I lost much quality with the second solution? Any comments are welcome.
