    Ok, I have given up on the other Digital TV Tuner. I got me an ATI HDTV WONDER PCI CARD. This is just the ATSC Tuner. ATI website won't let me install all the software provided unless I have the original CD which I don't. I think I need the Digital Decoder. If anyone know a way to bypass that ORIGINAL CD that would be great. All the other drivers are installed. Some software see it as install, some don't even see it listed.     It's about DVD decoder, i hope it's the same as the digital decoder because i want the digital decoder for tv tuner and not DVD.
