This device might do part of what you want http://www.silicondust.com/products/hdhomerun_dvbt I don't have one and don't know much about networking, but I believe each of the 2 tuners is visible to any compatible computer on the network. Too bad it is digital only.

I've had a HD Homerun for about a year. I only use one of the tuners for OTA HDTV and it works great. It's available to any of the PCs on my LAN, including my laptop with wireless. It also integrates with Windows Media Center if you want. Easy to configure once your router recognizes it. My cable here is analog, so I don't use it for that.

One easy way is to buy 2-4 TV-card and put in one computer but is it a good idea to use same TV-cards in one computer?
