  1. I have this file in .asf (Windows Media Audio/Video Player) and I wanna convert into a VCD.

I tried using TMPG and it said it was gonna take 150 hours!!
My file is not even that much memory. I know that is wrong...

But what can I do? Is there anything else to use?

  2. Download virtual dub 1.3c and the smr codec (found in the tools section). Open your .asf in virtual dub and go to file, and select framserve(more info on virtual dub frameserving can be found in the how to section on your left) Open it the frameserved file in tmpgenc and continue as normal. It should be a lot faster than 130 hours.

    Hope this helps!
