WHAT I NEED?

I have adobe premire 5 and just purcased a hi8mm sony camcorder... I want to shoot my home movies and edit them on my computer change background audio and rearrange footage and then export back out to a cammcorder tape... I am trying to figure what i need to do this ... What is the cheepest capture cards out there that will do this job? Should I use other software than premire? I have a 700mhz 200mb ram 15 gig pc.. thank you!

well you need a video card with an output. you might want to look on ebay or some such for an all in wonder card or some such how ever if you are using windows 95 98 or me you will not be able to capture an avi file larger than 4 gig so about 30 mins of video. that's because of the fat 32 format of the disk.
