dvd cover desing

hello i recently transfer a vhs to dvd with very good results so now i want to create a dvd cover and looking around i found this web-site and the way the create the cover call my attention, my question is how can i do the same cover(or close to it) the information says the movie chapters are capture and the created on the cover as information i include a snap pic of the cover, plese any help will be appreciated.

You can't do it.
I'm really not impressed by that anyway.

To grab screen shots, use VirtualDub. Load video, and the copy source frame to clipboard. (Or deinterlace, and grab output frame.)

There's really not much to it.
