When watching blu-ray ripped films i have noticed on some that the voice audio is quite low compared to other things i have been watching and the music/noises in the film and was wondering if it was the audio codecs i have on my pc, i have changed settings on my audio manager but that just puts the sound of the whole film up or could it be the player i use to watch them?
I have realtek hd audio driver, i have the latest k-lite codec pack and i watch everything on media player classic.
Any help or advice would be appreciated

Seems like you are only listening to the L and R channels of a 5.1 source. This would be a player issue. You want the 2 channel stereo mix. Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.

In your player select stereo mix, or when extracting audio files, get the Dolby 2.0 or 2.1 mix. Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.

There is no option in my player for that and i have no idea about extracting audio files
