I've been visiting various websites for all kinds of info on how to make my own dough. No, not money
Anyway. I see sites have videos to share. But, my problem is, I can't seem to download them. There are no links to throw into www.keepvid.com for intance. I even tried looking at the "source" (opera\view\source, or Ctrl+F3) and no videos I can snatch from.
I'm doing all this under windows 98 and Opera v9.x can't seem to utilize all those, "..look at your browsers cache this and cache that.." or "temp" files, and so on. So all those tricks don't seem to work under 98 though probably under w2k/xp etc. Well, they never did work for me, yet.
The problem with letting them play via streaming to my browser is that I'm on dialup and it take somewhere in the x10 to complete. The one I have going now (was not planned, just became a video after 5 minutes of browser whiteness) is at 00:48 of 03:51 on the timeline. Its so much faster to just download the darn file, oh, if it were only that simple to throw a link somewhere to D/L.
Can anyone point me to my error and remidy or alternative, I would greatly appreciate it, thanks.
Here's one of the sites that I'm reviewing at the moment, now at 00:50

almost forgot to mention--the other problem I have on some videos, if I let them play all the way through:
