hi,

I created a mpeg file and trying to insert the NAV sectors to it, using insnav.exe (a part of gui dvdauthor).
it writes the following output:

> insnav.exe -o 13menu.mpg 13menu_.mpg
ERR!: SCR in sector 1 is not meeting muxrate req. Please re-multiplex.
Current scr: 146.000, prev: 00.000, diff: 146.000
INFO: [insnav] Read 1 sectors before error.
Wrote 1 sectors (1 NAV pack, 0 other) before error.
0 NAV pack sectors were dropped and adjusted for.

I do not understand what is the SCR and in which command line tool should I re-multiplex it...
