    i installed pinnacle 14 to see if it had gotten any better lately. m.f. pos installed fine and actually ran and looked ok for a change. then i tried to use my favorite editor, sony pro 9. it no longer works. i can't render as anything. pinnacle 14 was the only change since i last used vegas today. i have to format and reinstall from scratch as even a system restore didn't help. good thing i can't reach anyone who works for pinnacle with my hands right now.

    That's interesting, as I have recently installed both Pinnacle 14 Ultimate and Sony Vegas 9 Platinum Pro and both work fine. My PC is Vista Ultimate 64bit with 6GB RAM and i7 Intel CPU and 800GB HDD dual LCD panels.
