Hi.
I use product name "HD Media Player" from western digital manufacture. www.wdc.com
I try two subtitle with same format on a video with MKV format. The subtitles are in SUB format.
One of them play OK and the other not play.
This problem happen many times in some the other subtitle and movies.
I attach two subtitle in a zip file, please check them and send me your suggestion.
I don't know what i must do about it. please help me as soon as possible.
