Hi
Apology if this question has already been posted, I've searched everywhere on the forum and can't find an answer.
Is there a program that allows you to automatically set the size of a video to be cut i.e. I want to upload a dvd to youtube that allows me to automatically chop the video into 10 minute segments for uploading. (and also to that the video will be encoded/compressed).
Your help is much appreciated.

I would try this method
Use vob2mpg and convert the dvd to one mpg file.
Then load the mpg in tsmuxer and under Split/cut choose Split by duration every and set it to 600 seconds.
Save as ts files.
Now you can upload those ts files directly. If they are too big load them all in for example winff and batch convert them all to for example avi xvid.
