I wa wondering how to delete the Russian audio channel and how to convert the English channel from being a DTS audio file into a AC3 udio file? Any help on what rograms to use?

No, a mkv is not a blu-ray. Moving you.

Use mkvmerge to remove audio tracks and convert dts to ac3 using popcorn mkv audio converter or mkv2ac3.
