  1. Hi, been using makemkv for the last couple of days to backup my bluray disc, so I could streaming it on the ps3. Its been great so far. Just wondering does makemkv support subtitle? After selecting the video file, one audio track, and two subtitle it will create one mkv file. Next I use tsMuxer Gui and add the mkv file i just created. Once tsmuxer open up I dont see the two subtitles I choose ealier.I do see the video track and audio track but no subtitle. Am I doing something wrong? Or does Makemkv not support subtitle. Thanks

Authoring? Nope. Moving you to our blu-ray ripping section.

Do you see any subtitles if you open the mkv with mkvmerge ? I think makemkv can rip the subs but you will get blu-ray sup subtitles that wont work in most software players.

  3. mmm no im not using mkvmerge. Am i supposed to use it when i have subtitles? the only program i use are makemkv, tsMuxer gui and mkv2vob. i only use mkv2vob if i want to keep a dts track.Like I said i do select couple of subtitles before ripping to hard drive, but when I open tsMuxer there are no subtitle.
I am having another issue with MakeMkv and I dont want to open another thread.

I try ripping a movie and I get "Failed to process BD + code". I download the latest dscombo.svq from the site. I dont know if Im doing this right. i download the latest svq and dump the file on to Makemkv folder . I then went to preferences under the blu ray tab and under the svq files directory i select Makemkv folder. Restarted makemkv and try ripping the disc again and still got the same error. Does this mean that theres no "svq for the particular movie yet? Or am I doing something wrong with the svq file? Thanks
