how can I burn a vcd or svcd on a mac without having to use toast,
is thier some other program or can I just burn it as a bin/cue?

Use cdrdao for MacOS X. It will accepts the .cue/.bin file format that is popular with PC users. Another nice aspect of this program is that it supports overburning which Toast doesn't have.

how can i burn a .bin/.file under mac os 9.2.2 ?
do toast or other cd burning soft will allow me ?
