  1. Hi all, a groups of psychologists I work with would like to video record therapy sessions. They want to use these recordings to help train graduate students how to conduct therapy. I know nothing about video/audio recording, so I'm hoping someone can suggest the specific equipment needed, including a video camera (we need only one) and wireless lapel mics (we need two). Our budget is approx. $5000. Thanks!

    I can only testify to what I use. The wireless mikes that I have are the Azden 325UPR. Info can be found here:

    Sound quality is very good.

    As for a camera, I'll let someone else chime in on that. But I will say that I'd look at a HD camera as opposed to a SD camera.

  3. there is a great HD camera by canon (if i could find the model number.....), It records hd to an internal drive. its about 700 bucks...i will get the model tomorrow (its at work), very great camera for a good price
