I was just wondering if this is something I need to be concerned about.
I am using AVStoDVD to decode my .mts files and burn them to a DVD. When I do so, I can only get my fps to be between 7 and 8. Is a rate of 7-8 typical? Should I expect something higher?
Here are the spec's of my input file:
