    I know a lot of folks out there have been asking for this. It uses pretty much the same remote hack as the Venturer STS75E.

    Turn on the device
    Eject the tray
    Press 8,1,3,2,8,9 on the remote (The last digit being the region you want it set for. 9 is region-free.)
    Close tray
    Power Down

    Player manufactured in April 2008.

    Verified with a region 2 and region 4 disk. Be aware that PAL looks like garbage on this machine, at least through composite. YMMV. Also don't blame me if you mess up your player doing this or it just doesn't work.

    Hello, I tried that on my STS96 but it did not work at all. My DVD was manufactured on March 2008. Does anyone have a hack for this DVD?
