I've been doin a test for my webpage mostly geared towards 56k users but anyone faster is fine.

What i am doing is once i get my new HD, im gonna have every song i own on my hd; well here is my question-

I have a test page that i made which only have let 1 person see it but thats not enough.

It has a whole cd in streaming format(no buffering), and u listen to any song u want for 30sec to 1 min. If u like the song, u can dl the mp3 to it at 192 kbits\sec on the right.
Would that be considered warez on here if i posted that link on here?
I want people to see it and give me feedback if the layout is nice and if people dont like it, tell me what i can do to change it

if you don't mind I'm going to take my over 150+ dvd collection rip them and put them on my hard drive and then create a server and let people sample and download what they want, think that would work?

oops sorry. Its quite well into the warez terrority dude. Think napster. Not only are you into the warez terrority but given you'd be hosting them and not just using your computer as a pass-through like napster, you'd get busted big time. Especially if you offered it up here. Not just that why would you do that? I mean if you use something like morpheus, someone can sample most songs on the various sites like cdnow, amazon, and etc, then go to morpheus and download them.

Well, like cdnow and so on.

Its cool and aw but my method is better for 2 reasons-
1-
It doesnt open ur wmp, the wmp is embedded in the webpage so it can save u processing and resources.
2-
The files have been EQ-ed for 56k users so it will sound better than cdnows and play smoother will less buffer time at beginning and none thruout clip
Onot the warez ordeal, i get the picture
