Not sure on the best place to post this so here goes...
I'm showing a movie from my Laptop to a projector. I want to make some intro movies and show them first and then go into the actual movie afterward. I want to set it up ahead of time and just click Play and have it go from one video to the next until it's all done.
I figure I'll probably rip the movie from the DVD and just have it as a video file on my laptop as well.
The resolution of the various files will be different but I'd want them all to play at full screen, some may be AVIs and some MPG, etc.
What is the best program to use that can do this for me? Can I just make a playlist in WMP or would a different player give me more options? Or is there a different way to go about this?
Thanks.

I wouldn't use WMP for much of anything, but that's just my opinion.
MPC-HC can handle most any video format and VLC is also a good choice. Both are very versatile. They both support playlists. Or with many players, you can just put all the videos in a folder and rename the files to 'A movie, B movie or 01 movie, 02 movie', etc., in the order you want them to play, and set the player to play the next file in the directory, then you don't need a playlist. Both of those players can be set to play full screen by default, so no problem there.
