    I have the TEG-VCD of Jurassic Park 3 but it is in PAL format and my Philips 711 player won't play it. I think I need to convert the PAL to NTSC but I don't know where to start or what to do. Any ideas?

    you could try copying the dat files to you HDD, renaming them as MPG and opening in TMPGEnc and re-encoding using NTSC template
