  1. The ongoing process of trying to rip Two Can Play That Game continues...

I put the DVD in my DVD drive and open SmartRipper. There are 9 different vts sections but the biggest one is selected (3217Mb). The next biggest one is 3048Mb.

Now when I previously tried to rip these DVD, I believe I used DVD Decrypter. All I know is that I got 3 vob files with the first one being DVD commentary and the other two being the legit movie. I don't know how the hell that happened but it did. Maybe that's why I get no sound when I try to use DVDx (which gave me errors so I tried to use...) or FlaskMPEG.

Anyways, I just ripped Election with SmartRipper and I am going to try to see how that goes since it only had one vts. But as for Two Can Play That Game.... what the hell?

  2. Why not just buy the DVD? Is it really worth all the time and trouble you have put into trying to rip it?

  3. Yes.

    Anyways...

I tried to use FlaskMPEG for the first minute or so of Election. As with Two Can Play That Game (TCPTG), I viewed the VOB files first and verified sound. This time I got legit sound, not a commentary. However, after trying to use FlaskMPEG for the first minute or so of Election, when I viewed the output file, it again had no sound to it.

Am I making wrong settings somewhere? I have Divx 4.12 for the video codec and for audio i select MP3, 128K, 48000Hz, Stereo. My global output settings under the audio tab are for decode audo, although i tried direct stream when decode audio didnt work and still didnt get audio.

    Hmm...
