    The IB "alpha pre-release" 4.3.4 now supports Panasonic recorders, its available from here: URL

    Panasonic E500H, EH50, EH55, EH75V, EH57, EH59, EH69, BS750, BS780, BS785 (have been tested)

    more models from 2003 to 2011 may also work, but are un-tested

    The trial allows viewing the existence of recognized recordings, a pro license enables all features. If the burner is dead, or the recorder is dead. This may help recover any stored video on the recoder hard drive to your PC.
