I have a capture of some animation (Simpsons) that I got off of cable the other day. The problem is that there is an odd right-side color-bleed everywhere. The color from inside an object will bleed over to the right of it, outside of the black line - I hope that makes sense. It's sort of like an annoying color shadow. Ghost reduction filters don't do anything for it, and I can't seem to find any filters that are designed to correct this kind of problem. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
