    I have a GPX D1816 manufactured in August of 08. Tried to do all the no region hacks on the site and whatever other site i came across with Google search... but nothing works.

    Anyone have any ideas??

    Quite often manufacturers will lock the firmware in new models to prevent known hacks from working.
