    Ok on of my favorite movies that isnt on dvd yet is on my cable tomorrow at 7:45 how to i set my mmc 9.1 to capture a 134 min movie to dvd-r using best quality possible????

    That's a long time to put on a single-layer DVD.
    134min on 4.5GB would mean about 4.2Mbps average bitrate, which is a bit much for 720x480.

    I would recommend using 352x480 (half D1) VBR at 4.2Mbps, 6Mbps max, keep the audio at 224Kbps.
