Hi.
I am looking for answer to this question:
1) Some sports TV during play football match or other sport games have an on screen scoreboard that shows the result of game. what software they are use to add this type of caption that have some variable content like Time of game or something like that?
2) Some of televisions have a Graphical and animation bar (caption) on screen. What software they are using to display this animation caption. (This animation bar and captions are look like a swf (Flash) animations.)
Please answer me As soon As possible.

You do not give information on application or budget. For live broadcast television, there are only expensive hardware solutions (no television network uses swf / flash video -- at least not in the US).
If you not broadcasting live, but just need to simulate the effect, Adobe After Effects and Autodesk Combustion 2008 provide software solutions.
Unless we know more about your goal, it is difficult to assist you.
