They are both at http://www.pegasys-inc.com/e_main.html
I have both of them and can't tell a difference between the two. I believe 2.5plus is the commercial version ($48.00). But, as expected someone has already xxxxxxx it.
Someone is going to move this to the appropriate forum. -
Well after burning The Fast & the Furious w/both TMPGnce 2.52 & 2.52plus; the latter shaved about 2 hours off the encoding time. Maybe more as I had 3 movies encoding at the same time. Each with 2.51, 2.52, and 2.52plus.
By the way I have an athlon chip. -
It seems that the main difference betwen the 252 and 252+ is that with the 252+ you can encode svcd unlimited, while the 252 has the 30days limit.
Visit http://www.pegasys-inc.com/e_release02.html where you can see comparisons between the 3 newest versions (252, 252+ and 252-Server).
