  1. I downloaded a mpeg file which is 23.97 fps and 352x240 (NTSC film) but the aspect ratio is wrong, the height of the picture is not right, everything seems longer. I think the poster did something wrong on converting from letterbox to full screen. Now my question is , is there a way I could encode this mpeg to the right aspect ratio with TmpEngc? If it can, how please, TIA.

  2. I fix it by changing the source aspect ratio to 2.11:1 in TmpEngc and re-encode the mpeg.
