When i finish working on a file in MovieXone how do you convert it to mpeg or avi??? Please anyone???

What are you trying to accomplish ? a VCD or an AVI ? and what is your source file ? give more details.

I am making a music video from mpeg and jpg. I want to convert it and put it on a VCD or SVCD

Well, if you are doing VCD or SVCD, you shouldn't be converting to AVI.
And I don't quite understand why you have a JPG for ?
Either way, you need to re-encode your file for VCD (or SVCD) compliancy, i'd suggest use TMPGEnc for it.

But you gotta remember, encoding an already encoded file will give you lower quality then the source, you can never get the same quality, it will only be reduced.
