    I want to put video mask to another video clip but I want visible oval center from that another clip.
    I know how to do this in Vegas with "Cookie Cutter" tool but I can't do this in Premiere Pro CS3.

    Sounds like a job for After Effects CS3 and then continue in Premiere.
    There are no problems - only chances to excel.
