I know Vimeo only does 720p30... do any others support 720p60?

I'm about 10 hours away from the purchase of an Aiptek ActionHD for $150 @ Walmart to shoot a video I'm hoping to post by Christmas, but my only reason for buying it is for 720p60. If it turns out that none of the sites like Vimeo/Youtube/Revver will stream 720p60 anyway, I might as well use my webcam (Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000).

Why60fps is important: I built what's probably the most expensive string of Christmas lights on earth... each light module has a RGB LED, its own microcontroller, and can run both autonomously & under the direction of a controller (they're networked). So, I want to show it off to the world. The problem is, I did some test shots this afternoon with my webcam at 720p30, and the shimmering effect was totally destroyed. My old SD camcorder's picture quality was awful, but it did show that 60fields/sec seems to be high enough to keep Nyquist happy, so I'm feeling optimistic that 720p60 will give me the best of both worlds... the webcam's resolution & detail, with 60fps to capture the shimmer effect without strobing. But like I said, if nobody will show 720p60 as 720p60 anyway, I'd rather find out now before I buy the Aiptek and burn all day Wednesday editing the video.

Alternatively, if nobody will stream 720p60 as 720p60, will any of them at least stream 480p60 at 60fps?

Hmmm... doing a bit more research, it appears Vimeo allows anyone who's logged in to download the "original" video. Does that mean I can capture and edit 720p60, upload it to Vimeo as 720p60, and people who want to see it in its full glory can download the 720p60 video? Or will Vimeo only allow the upload of 720p30 videos, and reject 720p60?
