I thought I was the only one noticing the recent overzealousness.
His name was MackemX
What kind of a man are you? The guy is unconscious in a coma and you don't have the guts to kiss his girlfriend? -
If you want to talk Roswell fine I'm all for it. It was in the vein of political promises that was why I felt it necessary to clamp down.
Alien conspiricies are fine......Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw? -
When you see something unexplained it's very difficult to come forward without sounding like a nut case. Most times there's a simple explanation but occasionaly these answers don't fit.
Even if someone came forward with solid proof I doubt we would believe them until it was confirmed many times over by persons in authority. -
No alien ship at Roswell IMO. But I'm not so sure about the Rendlesham Forest or Kecksburg incidents. And how about the 1997 Phoenix lights? Even the former governor of Arizona now admits to seeing a V shaped ship hovering over the city.
These are just a handful of the unexplained sightings. In truth, a few countries have said something unexplainable is going on. http://www.cosmicparadigm.com/CometaReport.html
The History Channel airs UFO programs all the time. And OUT OF THE BLUE (narrated by Peter Coyote) is a must see! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mdZpRcTBwdA -
My guess is these incidents are all caused by experimental military aircraft. For example when they really took off in the 60's it was no coincidence they were near Military bases AND more importantly they were testing the SR71 which even today is ridiculously fast by standard jet aircraft speeds. Speeds like that back then would be unthinkable. They certainly haven't stopped making them faster since and I'd venture to guess in 50 years they have been able to build some aircraft with unimaginable capabilities.
No aliens, no conspiracy, just some very advanced technology. -
I firmly believe most UFOs are nothing alien or sinister. But what about the lights in the sky that fly at normal speeds (600 mph), then abruptly stop and hover, and then instantly take off like a shooting star (approx. 150,000 mph or more)? Nothing can do that, IMO - and yet people claim to have seen these objects.

I think the ones that are more interesting are the ones reported by scientists or military personnel. Gives more credence to them.
And certainly not EVERYTHING is explainable 100%........

Ok ok, not using the 'P' word, wouldn't it be nice if you had a king or Queen, that shared our natural inquisitiveness and was in the 'loop' of knowledge of these things and would at last blow the lid on Roswell. Great movie of the same name by the way, ( Kyle Maclachlan/ Martin Sheen) which I recon depicts the events as they really happened and were covered up. Anyone seen that movie ? Its available on dvd and I got it.
For those that know the movie, I think the biggest mistake that Jesse Marcel made was not to have kept some of the debris that he gave to his son.
