    I'm a newbie in SVCD and I want to know how can I rip a DVD into SVCD and keep two langage???

    anyone can help me?

    calculate bitrate to accomodate the extra stream; demux/decode & encode each audio track seperately; multiplex(bbmpeg, tmpgenc) both with video

    Yes that is pretty much the only way to do it. You have to author your video and your two audio streams independantly and then multiplex all three together.
