It seems the more i search, the less i find. All i need is the following,

    - ***Quad Core support***
    - Needs to work in Vista x64, but doesn't need to be running in x64 mode
    - Ability to process many different types of media files from avi, mpeg, h264, xvid, divx, etc
    - Ability to output to h264 MP4 for iPod touch

I don't care if it's free or costs money. All i want is a simple, GUI based encoder that will do the job. I'm sick and tired of downloading so many conversion programs only to find that they look good on the outside, but utilize just ONE of my four cores.

    Thank you.

Support for quad cores is mostly with the codec itself, not the GUI. RipBot uses all cores on my computer. And the Divx codec does. Xvid usually does. I also use FairUse Wizard and it seems to use all cores on a H.264 encode. Vista 64 may complicate this a little.
