Nube Cant convert to DV now

This is a question from a total nube. I couldn't find another thread dealing with it.

I just bought a new JVC camera and need to use iMovie HD on my computer. Last night I down loaded ffmpegX and it worked in that I converted some of the .MOD files to .DV files.

This morning I tried again and it didn't work. I can convert to other formats but not the .DV using the presets. It starts but then immediately finishes.

Here is the process information that I get

[Case]

qmax must be >= 1 and <= 31

Assuming the error msg is legitimate,
have a look at the Options tab, bottom right section. The default after selecting DV is: Qmin=2, Qmax=15. Keep those values.
