FYI for people who have the G4 network. There is a 30th anniversary Japan celebration of StarWars and then following that a special on the upcoming Star Wars Game - Force Unleashed.

I think it starts at 8pm Est - check your local listings. By the way as I was going through my dvr's guide section there are SEVERAL repeats so don't worry if you miss the first airing it will be back on.

I'm interested on the WII controls. THey are saying it won't be a full fledged lightsaber emulator so that may sway me toward a high def version on the ps3 or 360. I'm gonna have to rent the different versions to see which I will prefer.
Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?

Well I caught the special last night.

Interesting. Unfortunately they didn't talk much about the Wii control scheme. I was hoping they'd have a demo'd version with the wiimote and the lightsaber action.

I am still going to have to rent the Wii version to see if that is the way to go. If it is not as fun as I'm hoping for the wiimote than I will just buy the 360 version.

Its out next month some time. Though they did say they'd hope to have a downloadable demo for the ps3 and xbox 360 sometime in August. I'll definitely check it out.

    Bump....

I missed that the DEMO was on XBOX LIVE for the last several days!!! DOH!

I downloaded it last night and got a chance to play it this morning (a 900mb download! wow).

    THIS IS SWEET!

It has the feel and controllability of the excellent JEDI KNIGHT series but its for the HIGH DEF consoles now. Its not the same RAVEN company that did JEDI KNIGHT but the FEEL is very similar.

I think I will buy the 360 version. I'll still rent the WII version to test it out. This POTENTIALLY could be the first time I've ever bought the same game twice for different systems..... I wouldn't count on it though.....
