LG kg800 phone

l have a lg kg800 phone and even though l have a media file for my mobile phone videos l cannot get any thing for them to play on the computer. Can anyone tell me if there is any tool l can download for these mobile phone videos to play on...

Come on folks someone help me out here, all l want to do is download videos off my phone onto the computer to view and l dont know how to and what tool l need...

1) Most of us don't really care about playing videos on our phones.
2) Your phone is not currently offered for sale by the US GSM providers (T-Mobile and Samsung) and most of our members are in the USA, so you're asking about a phone we can only buy outside of the main carriers.
3) Sorry we couldn't help you, but did you try to find a forum for this phone? There are mobile phone forums for all the big manufacturers and I'm sure that there must be an LG forum somewhere where someone could help you.
4) You didn't post what format these videos are in and we are not mind readers here.
5) Sometimes people don't get answers because nobody here knows the answer to their question. It happens.

try emailing the videos from your phone to yourself, otherwise the audio tends to be in a proprietary format that computers don't readily play. your carrier should convert the video to a playable format for you.

l have already looked on the lg forums and cannot get the answer l need on there. What l want to do if possible is transfer my phone videos on the computer and the to a dvd disc . The phone video type is 3gp. l have now been able to download these videos onto my computer but windows media player does not play it. So l need to somehow convert it from 3gp to a format that will play on dvd players... Any ideas

Nokia makes a free 3gp player. I don't remember the name of it, but it works under Windows. You have to give them your email address to get it.

The program Super might be able to convert from 3gp to DVD, but I must warn you that 3gp is very low quality. Don't expect anything you convert to look very good.

I think quicktime is able to play 3GP.
