DVD LG 4930 VCD HACK

Hi all,
I want to hack my DVD player LG 4930 to play VCDS.
My player is not listed anywhere as hackable.
However I am told that it is the sames as
LG 4730, just in a different case.
Please can anybody help.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.
I visited that site originally.
On the site it says not to try the
VCD hack on any machine not listed.
LG 4930 is not listed.
The same site says that LG4930
Is actually LG4730 in a different case.
LG 4730 is hackable.

I am just trying to make sure the hack will work.
