  1. I am using ffmpegX (Mac) to decode TS Files from a iCord HD decoder . Usually everything works perfectly as long as the TS files do not contain HDTV content. If I try to decode a TS files containing HD movies the application just quit.

I assume this feature is not available yet, any hope that it will be supported in future? (

    Thanks a lot,

    Alex

I'm not into HDTV yet, but out of curiosity: do those .ts files have MPEG-2 video or some other codec?

  3. In my case it seems that there are coded with h264. I have received information from other sources that ffmpegX is not yet able to decode them (dont ask me why, it seems that h264 in low definition is supported but h264 in HDTV definition not.)

TS files with lower resolution are coded with MPEG-2 and can be converted with ffmpegX without any problem.
