  1. For some reason I get no audio with DV Type 2. I've tried every DV codec that's listed in the tools area. I've tried transferring with a few different programs. But yet, no luck. Type 1 works fine but need Type 2. I wondering if it's a XP SP3 issue? Anyone have any suggestion? Thanks

  2. I figured it out. I have to press play on my DV Cam first and then press Capture in WinDV or any other program. I forgot about this. It's been awhile since I've done any editing.

I know it's true for WinDV but not all capture programs need it though.
