    Any suggestions on how to do this.

    I have a store that has cable being displayed and would love to show my own commericals every 30 minutes.

    The cable that is being shown. Is that your own video? Or is a cable tv service?

    If its a commercial cable service what you are proposing would almost certainly violate both copyright laws and any contract you had with the cable service. In other words you would be looking for a lawsuit.
