  1. Ok, this is how the whole thing started. I borrowed an unedited Spotlight Collection DVD of Tom and Jerry. So, I thought that it would be neat to make a copy for my nephew.
So I ripped to an ISO. When I burned the ISO to a DVDR-DL. The output was a blurred mosaic pattern thing. When I load the ISO into a virtual drive, I get the same results. But, the ISO will play just fine in VLC. Any suggestions?

It sounds like you didn't decrypt the DVD. What did you use to rip it to an ISO?

  3. I can't remember. I have since reinstalled my OS and wiped my HD clean. So I don't have the program.

Since it plays fine in VLC, which automatically decrypts CSS, you should get good results by running it through DVD Decrypter using "Brute Force" mode.
