Have a Lynksis Ultra range + wrt 160m wireless router..I can go about 50 yards to neighbors porch and still get
one bar..but if I go inside I lose it..anyway to boost the signal or how can I get inside with a signal? thanks for any idea's

Take a look around the web for a 'cantenna' which is an easily made directional antenna.
Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity. -
Try going to a window on the same side. There are some simple mini-dish type antennas to basically focus the signal.
Assume you are using a laptop with built-in wireless. Unfortunately, not much you can do there as the antenna is not accessable.
I have gotten signal well over 100 yards with an external usb adapter and extension cable, with a disposable pie plate, plus some duct tape and tin foil. Not very portable.
The main problem is the boost you need is on the receiving end rather than the sending end. -
