How can I copy & save a U TUBE video? Is there a free software to do so?

If you did a search even on google i'll bet ya would find the firefox browser plugins for such things.

Ooooppppps! Sorry about that.
I downloaded the AVS Video Controller. Here is what is happening.
THe name of the UTube video I want to record is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IOeaQ3J3viU

So I copy this then I open up the AVS Video Controller. I click on TO AVI I try to imput this path. Then I get AVS Video Controller .exe

I continue to get this eror message FILE FORMAT ERROR

Why? Can you give me a How to record a U Tube vidceo lesson for the complete idiot?

I have the newest version of realplayer installed myself and find that very easy, you might try that.
